LocType objects are used for Thing.locType property values to specify the relationship between an object and its container.

The language module must set appropriate vocabulary properties for each LocType object during pre-initialization. The exact vocabulary needed is up to the language to define. For the English module, we set the 'prep' property to a suitable preposition for constructing locational phrases ("the book *on* the table", etc).
